3) If you are planning an event sponsored by UU Chatham, please fill out this checklist and email it to committee chairs who might need to provide assistance. Groups to consider include Buildings and Grounds for logistics, Communications for publicity, and the Board of Trustees to keep them informed.  Providing details well in advance to an event, ensures more assistance and support.
