Qi Gong
The Qi Gong practice group will be meeting in the Fleck Room at 8:30am on Monday mornings through the winter. All movements can be done seated or supported by one of the posts in the Fleck Room or a chair-back. Qi Gong movement meditation is known to increase health and vitality, as well as to help build the body-mind-spirit's immune functions and physical balance. There is a suggested donation of $5. No need to call, just show up with an open mind. Jennie Makihara jmakihara@sprynet.com
